Great pleaser 
This thing does what it was designed for and that is to please a women. My wife has always been able to reach orgasm using this even when we having sex!
We have not used it for any other reasons like massaging back or neck but I am pretty sure that this thing was really not designed for other parts of body.

Not for beginners 
Certainly not for beginners or the faint of heart. This is great for those who would like to add something to their existing bag of tricks. I like that you dont have to buy batteries but you may need an extension cord. Also the attachment is not the best. Ive heard the curved piece is better. But I love just the "massager" by itself.
